This is a series of Private Yoga Therapy sessions which feature Somatic Repatterning. During this private series of 8 sessions, we work together to dismantle patterns of habitual breath and movements that are not serving you, and you are supported in exploring and discovering your body’s natural, inherent, universal movment principles and patterns that assist you in injury prevention during your movement practices and daily life activities, longevity, and enjoying great posture on a daily basis, with ease.
